TCR MART-1 PE : PE-labeled MART-1:26-35(27L) STAR™ Multimer

High affinity single-chain T-cell receptor multimer

This is one of the STAR™ multimers developed by Altor. It is recommended for use in quantification of peptide/MHC complexes on the surface of peptide-loaded antigen presenting cells. STARTM multimers consist of soluble recombinant single chain TCR protein that has been biotinylated and multimerized with labeled streptavidin. The TCR MART-1 reagent contains a high affinity TCR recognizing MART-1:26-35(27L)/HLA-A2.1 complexes. Binding to MART-1:27-35 (AAGIGILTV)/HLA-A2.1 complexes on peptide-loaded antigen presenting cells is also detectable but requires higher concentrations of loaded peptide.
