TCR CMV-pp65: HRP-labeled CMV (aa495-503) STAR™ Multimer
High affinity single-chain T-cell receptor multimer
This is one of the STAR™ multimers developed by Altor. It is recommended for use in identification and quantification of peptide/MHC complexes on the surface of cell and tissues and for identification, enumeration and tracing of specific antigen presenting cells. STAR™ multimers consist of soluble recombinant TCR protein that has been biotinylated and multimerized with labeled streptavidin. The TCR CMV-pp65 reagent contains a high affinity TCR recognizing CMV-pp65 (aa495-503)/HLA-A2 complexes.
