TCR p53-149 : HRP-labeled p53 (149-157) STAR™ multimer
High affinity single-chain T-cell receptor multimer
This is one of the STAR™ multimers developed by Altor. It is recommended for use in identification and quantification of peptide/MHC complexes on the surface of cells and tissues and for identification, enumeration and tracing of specific antigen presenting cells. STAR™ multimers consist of soluble recombinant single chain TCR protein that has been biotinylated and multimerized with labeled streptavidin. The TCR p53-149 reagent contains a high affinity TCR recognizing p53 (aa149-157)/HLA-A2.1 complexes.
