TCR HIV AL9 PE : PE Labeled HIV Vpr AL9:59-67 STAR™ Multimer
High affinity single-chain T-cell receptor multimer
This is one of the STAR™ multimers developed by Altor. It is recommended for use in quantification of peptide/MHC complexes on the surface of antigen presenting cells and virally infected cells. STAR™ multimers consist of soluble recombinant single chain TCR protein that has been biotinylated and multimerized with labeled streptavidin. The TCR HIV AL9 reagent contains a high affinity TCR recognizing HIV Vpr AL9 (aa59-67) peptide (AIIRILQQL)/HLA-A2.1 complexes as well as complexes containing common AL9 epitope variants.
